Love, Joy & Peace !
I love everything about Christmas! But the parties are the most anticipated occasions! I love getting dressed up and seeing everyone else's pretty attire. I love having a glass of champagne and toasting to everyone's health and happiness. I love the time chatting and catching up in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. Everyone is in a good mood, and focused on having a good time.
OK, and then there is the yummy food! I'm not bragging, (for those who know me well, you know I am not and never will be a chef) but I do have some awesome appetizer recipes! And everyone tends to bring the best of the best out for their holiday fete!
I can't wait to try out the simple but cute recipe in the photo for a party this weekend. You can find the recipe on my Healthy Living Concierge web site!
Happy Happy feting!
I think it was Henry Ford who said something like "If you believe you can or if you believe you can't, your right!" So TRUE!
Everything we have ever accomplished in life, did not happen by accident. We believed it was possible and so we did it. The only problem I think most people have, is we play it safe and only do the things we are sure we can do - taking a risk and stepping outside our comfort zones requires more faith than we are sometimes willing to step out in!
Today I challenge you to pick something on your Dream Board, in your Dream Journal or List that will cause you to act out in faith. B elieve that dream was placed in your heart for a purpose, you are equipped with everything you need to succeed, it is simply up to you to BELIEVE you can do it & TAKE ACTION!
You can do it!!!
How do you see yourself? How do you look at the obstacles in you way? If we feel we are nothing, it will be hard to accomplish much in life. We will probably shrink back in fear from every challenge.
Faith is being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. First you must imagine yourself living your dream life and make the decision to pursue your goals and dreams. Next, you must believe in yourself and have the faith that you are already equipped with everything you need to succeed. Now it it stime to take action!
What is it that we must really pursue? Love, joy, and peace. Love is the greatest thing int he world! When we do all things in love, we will find joy in life and have peace in all we do.

I enjoy good food & good wine & great conversation with friends. It takes a little extra planning, but I do have my own strategies for staying fit during the holiday season, I share a few with you in my wellness & nutrition article I wrote for the new edition of Beyond The Gates magazine.
One of my favorite Holiday memories is of the December Ed & I visited NYC with friends. We went to see the Rockettes Christmas at Radio City Music Hall, walked along 5th Ave then shopping at Macy's, and we had so much fun ice skating & singing Christmas songs around the beautiful tree at Rockefeller Center.
Whatever your plans are to celebrate this holiday season, I wish you the blessings of joy, love & peace for a happy, & healthy December!
