Moderation is key to success. Excessive "anything" can be detrimental. If you smoke, stop. If you drink alcohol, do so cautiously and in moderation. If you have that sweet tooth, pacify with tiny offerings...

Action: Pick one unhealthy habit and cut it out for a week. It could be eliminating soda or fast food -- anything that isn't good for you. It can be any bad habit, like bailing on the gym after work or buying gallons of ice cream.
